Based in California's Central Valley, Livingston Community Health is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare to all members of the public—regardless of demographic or socioeconomic status. Livingston Community Health worked with Noble West to introduce an integrated media strategy that strengthened brand awareness and provided educational resources.

Challenge

Livingston Community Health opened an on-site pharmacy as a part of their ongoing service expansion. The organization was having difficulty engaging with both employees and patients to utilize their pharmacy services. Noble West was tasked to develop a strategy to drive behavioral change and service adoption with internal and external audiences.

Solution

Noble West developed an internal company-wide campaign that activated staff members to promote the LCH pharmacy and increase fulfillment capture rate. Led by our discovery and strategy process, we developed an understanding of organizational challenges and motivation triggers that informed the creation of “Pharmacyland” which gamified prescription fulfillment across all locations through employee engagement and prizing.
