With Gratitude, Reflection & Resolve

About the Author
Ali Cox is the founder and CEO of Noble West, formerly known as AC&C Marketing, not to mention a USA Olympic athlete.

As I reflect on our agency— our incredible team, our valued client partners and our extended network of vendors— we have so much to be thankful for this season. A few things rise to the top of my heart and mind.

First and foremost, I am profoundly proud of our team. This year has been a journey of creativity and resilience, as we’ve worked together to develop strategies and build brands that are not only innovative but also aligned with our clients’ business objectives.

After a challenging first quarter, our leadership team took a step back to listen to our client’s needs amidst rising inflation, tight margins and budget constraints. This feedback was invaluable, guiding us to pivot our service offerings to provide more expedited and impactful solutions. We’ve honed in on our offering in areas such as brand positioning, messaging and creative strategy, laying a strong foundation for our clients’ future communications and marketing efforts. I like to say, our branding projects provide the foundation for all forthcoming marketing, advertising and communications efforts that our clients will make because the truth of their brand will be found.

Another highlight of my gratitude is the clarity we’ve gained about why Noble West exists. We firmly believe that agriculture plays a critical role in climate solutions and that sustainability and farming are inextricably linked. Our commitment to collaborating with partners across the food and agricultural sectors remains unwavering. We are dedicated to being a trusted partner, helping our clients navigate the complexities of the food system with trust, creativity, marketing tools and expertise. From creating consumer-facing campaigns to developing retail packages for our grower-packer-shipper food manufacturing partners, we bring an abundance of support and innovation to every project.

Lastly, as we celebrate seventeen years (!!!) since I founded this agency, I am filled with appreciation for every past and present client, employee and partner who has contributed to our growth. It truly takes a village and while the journey has not been perfect, leading this agency has been a distinct honor. We’ve weathered incredible growth, a few setbacks and hairy yet defining moments— as every business does. However, my resolve in leading the agency and vision for our future continues to crystalize: food is medicine, farmers need a bigger piece of the pie and consumers deserve to have access to food that aligns with their values.

With that, I wish all of you a holiday season filled with gratitude, love and appreciation. Thank you for being part of the Noble West community.
